Contact data is kept for as long as needed to reply and then for any legally required period. Comments are kept while they remain published.
4. Recipients
We do not share your data with third parties unless required by law. Some providers process data on our behalf to run the service, such as our web host (IONOS). If any provider is outside the European Economic Area, the transfer relies on the safeguards set out in the GDPR.
5. Your rights
You may at any time exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and data portability, and withdraw your consent. Write to editor@escalamag.com stating which right you wish to exercise.
If you believe your request has not been handled properly, you can file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).

Escala is not aimed at children under 14 and does not knowingly collect their data.

We may update this policy to reflect legal or website changes. The current version is always the one published on this page. The Spanish version prevails in case of discrepancy.
